Feedback has an image problem. Many associate it with annual reviews, negative remarks, or heated discussions. You perceive it as a moment when someone tells you what you’re not doing right. That’s where resistance comes in. That’s where avoidance comes in.
In reality, feedback should be a tool for daily growth. Not a verdict. Not a judgment. But a course adjustment.
