The legislative framework regarding combating discrimination and harassment at work is complex and dense, with no less than five normative acts that partially overlap. Beyond the inherent difficulty of managing such events, employers are forced to navigate in an incoherent legislative context, the applicable normative acts failing even to provide unitary definitions of the concepts of harassment and discrimination.
