eJobs survey: 9 out of 10 employers plan to recruit by the end of the year

50% believe that the salaries and bonuses they offer are the elements that help them attract candidates the most

91.2% of the employers who participated in the most recent survey carried out by eJobs Romania declared that they plan to hire by the end of the year. 5.4% say that they have blocked all hiring, while 3.4% do not know exactly what the course of events will be until the end of the year.
