According to Smartree, one of the leaders in Romania in the HR outsourcing market, in recent years, the application of tests in recruitment and selection processes is no longer a mandatory step for employers in our country.

Thus, fewer employers choose to apply elimination tests.

One exception is represented by multinational companies that have a recruitment policy globally, which involves the application of a series of tests, and this procedure also applies at national level.
