Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Part I, No 70 / 29 January 2014 has published Order No 79 of the Minister of Public Finance on major aspects related to the preparation and submission of annual financial statements and annual reports and accounts by economic operators.
The entities that have not performed any activity from the date of their establishment until the end of the financial year shall file a statement in this respect with the Ministry of Public Finance, whereby the administrator of the respective entity shall assume full responsibility thereof.
