Amendments to Accounting Regulations - Order 3055 / 2009

The Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei no. 06 / 07.01.2014 has published Order No 2067 of the Minister of Public Finance, which amends and supplements the accounting regulations in compliance with the European Directives that were approved under Order No 3055 / 2009 of the Minister of Public Finance.

The major provisions of this Order refer to:

Additional amendments regarding the manner in which the green certificates should be managed in accounting;
Amendments to the accounting treatment of operations related to the connection of users to utility networks;
Introduction of 5 new accounts in the Chart of Accounts and further specification on the function of other accounts.
