Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Part I, No 52 / 23 January 2013 has published Government Resolution No 23 / 2013 on the establishment of the National Minimum Wage.
The above mentioned legislative act establishes the National Minimum Wage (“NMW”) payable in 2013 as follows:
1. Starting 1 February 2013, the NMW shall be in value of RON 750 per month for full-time work.
2. Starting 1 July 2013, the NMW shall increase to RON 800 per month.
