• Natural disasters and climate change have dropped in the general ranking; companies are now giving priority to pressing macroeconomic concerns - inflation, energy crisis and possible recession.
• The pandemic is dropping to the top of the list of concerns, due to the removal of restrictions regarding COVID-19.
• In Romania, the main threat for companies is the energy crisis, a new concern, entered the top ten risks this year, directly on the 1st place.
• On the rise, on the Romanian market, occupying the 2nd and 3rd places are concerns regarding the macroeconomic context (+10% compared to last year) and changes in legislation and regulations (+5%).
• The top risks in Romania include for the first time, this year, concerns regarding corruption and fraud (9th place), as well as those related to access to qualified labor (10th place).
• Those regarding business interruptions and cyber incidents have fallen in the ranking of local risks, but the risks related to climate change, respectively the operational, financial and physical ones, related to global warming, have registered an important increase.
