As in many other countries, the Romanian tax administration has become extremely careful when it comes to transfer pricing, especially when conducting tax inspections. Fiscal legislation in the field of transfer pricing has been aligned with international practices that are validated at the level of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, respectively at the level of the European Commission through the work of the Joint Forum on Transfer Pricing.
