The Public Advisors, the consulting company in communication and public relations in collaboration with the Institute for Research on iSense Solution developed a market survey on Romanians' perception on how they are influenced by reviews in choosing a wellness & SPA .
The study, conducted on a sample of 515 people, reveals that for more than one third of Romanians (35%) counts the reputation of the center. Also, it shows that 8 out of 10 customers read reviews before going to a SPA.
