The new product ranges will be available in physical and online store, with customers benefiting from advice from Vodafone experts on choosing the most appropriate device or service pack, as well as technical advice in the field of cyber security and device service, available directly in store.

With EasyTech commercial platform launch, the transformation of Vodafone from an electronic communications services operator into a technology company takes shape also in the retail area and comes in response to the ever-changing needs of customers. The accelerated digitalization of the last two years has influenced the profile of consumers, now much more oriented towards integrated solutions, consisting in devices plus services, perfectly adapted to the individual needs, but also to whole family needs, while having maximum flexibility in payment. Vodafone responds to these needs by becoming the trusted technology partner for its customers, at home and at the office”, said Nedim Baytorun, Consumer Business Unit Director, Vodafone Romania.

The EasyTech platform launch will be promoted under “You have maximum technology with Vodafone EasyTech! Flexibility for installments and services as you wish” slogan through an integrated communication campaign on TV, cinema, radio, outdoor, digital, social media and in stores.
