• For the first time in Romania, Vodafone offers free screen insurance for devices
• New IoT and gadget ranges will be available in Vodafone stores and also services like consultancy, buyback options and installment payments
Vodafone launches EasyTech commercial platform which brings a wide range of products both online and in the physical stores, with new devices, from small electronics and appliances, to gadgets and IoT solutions, but also new services, in addition to the existing convergent ones.
Customers will be able to test and purchase directly from the physical stores or from www.vodafone.ro/easytech TVs, audio products, tablets, smart watches and connected devices for home use, but also electric scooters, air purifiers, robot vacuum cleaners, Wi-Fi Mesh systems, accessories, available in a wide range of service packages.
Furthermore, for the first time, customers will have the flexibility to choose the number of installments, a benefit available exclusively at Vodafone (as before there was only the option of 24 months). Smartphones, gadgets and IoT products will be available for purchase with subscriptions in 6, 12, 18, 24 or 36 installments, free of interest, regardless of the mobile subscription chosen.
Vodafone adds to the convergent services already available new ones, such as screen insurance, in-store consultancy and buyback. For customers who want a new smartphone, Vodafone provides the buyback option giving users the possibility to replace the old device with a new one with a better offer. Smartphones will include screen insurance, with one free of charge screen replacement in the first 12 months after purchase, for new customers opting for a subscription starting with RED12 and for existing customers according to the terms of the campaign.
The new product ranges will be available in physical and online store, with customers benefiting from advice from Vodafone experts on choosing the most appropriate device or service pack, as well as technical advice in the field of cyber security and device service, available directly in store.

The EasyTech platform launch will be promoted under “You have maximum technology with Vodafone EasyTech! Flexibility for installments and services as you wish” slogan through an integrated communication campaign on TV, cinema, radio, outdoor, digital, social media and in stores.
