The procedure regarding the RO e-Transport system, published at the end of last week after the draft order was launched in May, confirms the significant restriction of the scope, covering only vehicles with a maximum authorized mass of more than 3.5 tons and only if they transport goods with fiscal risk higher than 500 kg or having the total value of the goods higher than 10,000 lei related to at least one commercial relationship.
