The financial accounting management solution used by RINF Temps also offered some simple Human Resources (HR) functionalities, yet completely unsatisfying, taking into account the size of the activity.
As a consequence, the employees of the Finance and Operations division were counting mainly on Microsoft Excel files with which they managed all the information about the employees and the projects for which they were assigned. Four employees of the division were specialized exclusively in data processing.
