In order to prevent the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and related to the establishment of the state of emergency in the territory of Romania by Decree no. 195 of March 16, 2020 ("Decree 195") was adopted a package of normative acts, with impact including on the relations between employers and employees, respectively: the Law on granting free days to parents for the supervision of children in the situation of temporary closure of educational units no. 19/2020 published in the Official Monitor no. 209 of March 14, 2020 ("Law 19") and O.U.G. no.30 / 2020, published in the Official Monitor no. 231 of March 21, 2020 ("OUG 30").
