EY study: Companies report declining turnover, but only 19% have revised their transfer pricing policy

The survey conducted by EY Romania in March of this year also shows that most of the responding companies expect to encounter difficulties in a future fiscal inspection in the field of transfer pricing

In 2020, only 19% of the multinational companies responding in the latest EY Romania survey on transfer pricing reported that they revised the transfer pricing policy - ie they changed the target profit margin, the costs considered or other aspects of the methodology of pricing, although more than half (52%) reported that the pandemic had negative effects on turnover or operating results.
