UniCredit Bank Austria buys all the shares owned by Tiriac Holdings Ltd. at UniCredit Tiriac Bank

Tiriac Holding Ltd. is selling the 45 percent it owns from UniCredit Tiriac Bank S.A. to UniCredit Bank Austria AG. As a result, the capital owned by UniCredit Bank Austria AG from UniCredit Tiriac Bank S.A. is rising from 50.6% to 95.6%.

The transaction is due to end by the end of June 2015. The parties have agreed not to disclose the selling price or any other details of the transaction. UniCredit Bank Austria AG is considering making an offer to the minor stockholders of UniCredit Tiriac Bank S.A. in order to purchase the stocks they own.
