The Property Fund celebrates five years of listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange

Franklin Templeton Investment Management Limited UK Bucharest Branch, as Sole Administrator and Company Management ("The Fund Administrator") of the Fund's ("The Fund"), celebrates five years of the Fund's listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange on 25 January 2011 and marks a period of significant achievements for the Fund and its companies portfolio as a result of continuous efforts to generate value for its shareholders, to improve the standards of corporate governance in the state-owned companies and to develop the local capital market.

Dr. Mark Mobius, Executive Chairman of Templeton Emerging Markets Group, commented: "Looking back on the past five years, we are proud to witness a huge transformation of the Fund and its companies portfolio and the immense contribution brought by our local team of analysts. The Property Fund is undoubtedly the most visible and liquid company on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The Fund also acted as an entry gateway for the foreign capital in the country, attracting direct investment from listing portfolio of over 1.4 billion euros from foreign institutional investors. We are looking forward to the next five years of achievements."
