In the following months, the rebranding process will continue with the change of the visual identity of the bank (name and logo) both in contracts and in the commercial communication with clients, partners, authorities and visual elements in the entire network of regional offices. The process also involves replacing payment instruments (cards, token) which hold the previous name.
The changes of the rebranding process do not involve modifying the products' characteristics and functionalities and neither changing the contractual relations with clients. Replacing payment instruments will be a gradual process and it will not involve additional costs for the clients.
