Renault Group and Nissan Motor Co. Ltd announces that they have concluded the definitive agreements provided for in the mandatory framework agreement signed and announced on February 6, 2023. The resulting transactions, subject to a limited number of suspensive conditions, especially regulatory ones, should take place in the fourth quarter of 2023.
