PwC Romania experts offered financial, fiscal and HR due diligence services and support in negotiating the transaction

A team of transaction specialists from PwC Romania provided due diligence services to Banca Transilvania, the largest bank in Romania, in the transaction through which it bought the Romanian entities of the Hungarian OTP group, namely OTP Bank, OTP Leasing, OTP Asset Management, OTP Factoring and other entities.
