The Ministry of Public Finance (MFP) modifies the procedure for resolving the appeals regarding authorizations in the excisable field. According to a draft order of the Minister of Finance, recently published, in the situation where, on the same cause, the institutions responsible for resolving the appeals have contradictory points of view or contrary to the point of view expressed by the specialized department, the case may be debated by the Central Fiscal Commission within MFP.
