In this reform process, the Romanian legislator was inspired by the legislation of the EU member states with a developed investment fund market

The legislation on alternative investment funds (AIF) is changing at the beginning of the year, with the stated purpose of increasing their attractiveness in the eyes of investors and developing the profile market.
