In a counterintuitive manner, crisis conditions could lead to accelerated adoption of innovative solutions, by using technology intensively to answer the problems raised by limiting the possibility of population displacement in the context of fears of contamination risks. In the context imposed by the unprecedented situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, many questions arise both at the level of the financial-banking sector and among population, regarding the normal continuation of the banking activity.
