World’s #1 Leadership Thinker at HR Club National Conference

Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, recognized as World’s #1 Leadership Thinker by Harvard Business Review, will attend as a keynote speaker the 10th edition of the HR Club National Conference “HR Times” taking place on the 30th of October 2014, in Bucharest.

Dr. Marshall Goldsmith will present a keynote speech on the subject of individual engagement: “A New Approach to Increasing Engagement: Becoming the Person that You Want to Become”.

Historically, almost all work in the area of employee engagement has focused on what the company can do to engage the employees – with very little work done on how the employees can engage themselves.  Dr. Marshall Goldsmith has developed an innovative new approach that helps the employees take responsibility for increasing their own engagement. He will build upon extensive research in coaching, leadership development, happiness and meaning, and the use of ‘active questions’ to show how the most important factor in changing behavior is the person, not the program.

Dr. Marshall Goldsmith has been recognized as one of the top ten Most-Influential Business Thinkers in the World and the top-ranked executive coach at the 2013 biennial Thinkers50 ceremony in London. Dr. Goldsmith is the author or editor of 34 books, which have sold over two million copies, been translated into 30 languages and become bestsellers in 12 countries. He has written two New York Times bestsellers, “MOJO” and “What Got You Here Won’t Get You There” – a Wall Street Journal #1 business book and winner of the Harold Longman Award for Business Book of the Year.

HR Club National Conference is the most important HR event of the year, with over 300 expected HR professionals, managers and entrepreneurs. This year’s event is the 10th edition of the HR Club National Conference. On this special occasion we will celebrate “HR Times”, the era in which human resources and people’s skills make the difference and can transform an organization into a successful one.

Details on the agenda, the speakers and the registration are available on HR Times Conference’s website.
