TeCOMM: When did you come up with the idea to share with the public the series of books dedicated to the eCommerce Masterplan?
Chloë Thomas: I spent many years discussing about how frustrating it is that a project which business people from eCommerce can follow in order to achieve success and thus avoiding, in my opinion, the traps they might encounter.
