Shareholders who are clients of a Participant in the clearing-settlement and registration system of the Central Depository may collect their dividends through it

The Central Depository informs the investors that, between 17/06/2022 - 17/06/2025 it distributes dividends to the shareholders SOCIETATEA ENERGETICA ELECTRICA S.A. (EL symbol). The issuer will distribute to the shareholders the dividends related to the year 2021, using the national service launched by the Central Depository. The value of the gross dividend per share is 0.45 LEI.
