TeCOMM 2016: Shopping is a relaxing activity. Statistics and trends regarding the use of the mobile applications

The buyers spend more when they enjoy the buying process and consumers who use social networks more often are more likely to purchase more often, according to the study conducted in 2016 by Criteo, the global leader in digital advertising performance.

"Shopping is our tendency to relax, unwind and give us a certain satisfaction. The means by which a buyer enjoys the buying experience is essential for retailers and advertisers ", announces the company Criteo.


According to the survey, 74% of UK consumers believe that shopping is a leisure activity.
