With this acquisition, Oresa becomes partner with Andrei Bojita, who remains the majority shareholder of the group and will maintain all executive responsabilities.

The RBC Group estimates revenues of approximately Euro 16 million in 2014. RBC is taking pride in building strong partnerships with major brands in retail, warehouse and food industry that led to durable and long lasting contracts.

The Seller of the participation acquired by Oresa is the Austrian company Export Consult. The value of the transaction is confidential.
