In the past years, on the organizational development market, the concept of executive presence is increasingly used.

There are several definitions of executive presence, either ‘that which catches your attention when a person fills up a room with his/her presence’, either ‘the quality of a person to project a professional image which is empathic, organized, worthy of following, who communicates efficiently at all levels, inspires trust and credibility to everyone around’.
