'First Home' project continues in 2013 with EUR 200 million ceiling amount

Romanian Government approved an emergency ordinance on the adoption of measures to improve the conditions of the program 'First Home' and assigned additional guarantees for a ceiling of 200 million euros, allowing the extension of the program by mid of 2013

According to a statement of a government, the normative act aims to ensure equal treatment for beneficiaries who have purchased a home from a developer who can offer in return a new home qualitatively, in relation to those who bought the house from an individual, for example, which has this possibility.
