Cargill has completed the sale of its pressing, refining and bottling equipment from Romania to Expur, a subsidiary of the French company Sofiprotéol

The transaction covers the brands brands of bottled vegetable oils Untdelemn de la Bunica and Olpo and part of the equipment for pressing, refining and bottling.

Cargill has decided to cease the vegetable oil operations in Romania and to focus on growth and development of its agricultural operations, including the range of services to farmers and feed production activities carried out in this market.
