Blue Ocean Strategy discussed in the first workshop of Business Mentoring Program

Bill Aulet, Managing Director of Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship opens the third edition of BMP with the marketing seminar

The first workshop of the mentoring program in business, Business Mentoring Program, dedicated to company managers and entrepreneurs in Romania, will take place in March14-15, in Bucharest, and the professor Bill Aulet, Managing Director of Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship, will also be invited. The seminar is based on case studies of real business examples, interactive discussions, lectures and participants’ presentations.
 

The first intensive mentoring session addresses entrepreneurs and managers who want to expand their business globally with a great product, and the covered topics include principles of inbound marketing, marketing type of "Blue Ocean Strategy", the importance of a successful elevator pitch, business models to optimize success and gaining competitive advantages, key factors of success in entrepreneurial product marketing.

 

The marketing seminar is the first in a series of six, and besides Bill Aulet, the teachers staff also includes: Ken Morse - founder of Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship, Pekka Hietala, INSEAD Finance Professor, Peter Barta, CEO FPP and Youssef Bissada, INSEAD entrepreneurship professor.
