Created in order to respond to the exigency of the contemporary woman – strong, confident, detached and balanced – ALISIA ENCO was built around a central piece, the shirt. The shirt, as a fundamental piece of the business attire, is, in the founder’s opinion, a factor that determines a positive state of mind of the woman in the business environment: therefore, the mission of the ALISIA ENCO shirt is not to constrain, but, on the contrary, to liberate.
