Unilever today announced the appointment of Cristian Ungureanu as Financial Director at Unilever South Central Europe, replacing Jordi Aixandri, starting with1st of October.
From this role, Ungureanu is part of the leadership team that coordinates current operations and business strategy for the whole region.

Cristian Ungureanu joined Unilever in March 2018, being in charge of coordinating the financial integration activities in the area of mergers and acquisitions in the region. He has a significant experience, holding previous positions as Financial Director at MOL Romania and Bunge Romania, as well as in EBRD international projects.
This decision was taken following the promotion of Unilever South Central Europe's former Financial Director, Jordi Aixandri, as General Manager of the Deodorizing Finance Department, coordinated by Unilever headquarters in London.
