The Superior Council of Magistracy (SCM) recently published the annual report on the state of justice, which contains information and statistics on the activity of all courts in Romania in 2020. The report's conclusions reflect primarily the major effects of the pandemic on the justice system, including declining volume of activity and efficiency indicators at the level of all courts in the country.
