For the professional training of their employees, the companies present in Romania allocate an average of 1097 euros / person per year for employees with management function and 483 euros / person per year for those with executive role, reveals the "L&D Industry Survey - Romania 2019". The first and the only quantitative research measuring trends in learning & development (L&D) in our country, was conducted, for the Learning Network platform, by Valeriu Frunzaru, Lecturer and Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Communication and Public Relations, SNSPA, and Maria Predoiu, EdTech Entrepreneur and President of the IAA Romania Senate.
