Working from home has become a necessity in the two years of the pandemic, practically representing a great experiment that has shown everyone that this way of working on a large scale is possible. Thus, despite the lifting of restrictions, over 86% of companies responding to the HR Barometer survey conducted by PwC Romania in March will continue to work in hybrid mode and only 11% will resume mandatory office work for all employees.
