In the first quarter of the year, employers published over 118,000 job vacancies, 59% more than in Q1 / 2021 and a 26% increase compared to Q4 / 2021. In March alone, the number of jobs posted on eJobs.ro, the leader in the Romanian recruitment market, reached about 45,000, 34% more than in February this year. At the same time, 3.5% of new jobs posted in March were dedicated to Ukrainian citizens.
