The last 12 months have brought major changes in the lives of Romanians, both personally and professionally. As the control element was limited on many of these changes, the emotional balance of employees and candidates was often tested, and the latest survey conducted by eJobs Romania shows that the mood that most respondents invoke is uncertainty, associated with a strong fear of the future.
