CEO CONFERENCE - SHAPING THE FUTURE, Cluj Napoca, 22nd November

DoingBusiness.ro is organizing on 22 November 2018, in Cluj Napoca, CEO Conference – Shaping the Future - how businesses rewrite the future and find value in unexpected places. The conference will take place at Hotel Platinia, between 9:00 and 16:00.

CEOs, general managers, investors, decision-makers, multi-industry analysts, experts and innovation specialists and business transformation from prestigious companies are expected to discuss the changes and transformations taking place in Romanian companies, the trends which shapes the Romanian business environment and how managers can cope with the pressure to get results as quickly as possible in a shorter time.

Organized under the theme “Shaping the Future” – How business rewrite the future and find value in unexpected places - CEO Conference will focus on the strategies used by Romanian companies to revive their business to ensure their long-term growth, using state-of-the-art technology to support the transformation of the business model.

This year, CEO Conference - Shaping the Future - will discuss important topics, divided into two panels. The first panel will focus on the CEO's role in transforming the organization.

Speakers will discuss the main drivers of change in the major industries in Romania: Banking & Finance, Energy, IT & C, Production, Retail, FMCG, etc. and how organizations manage to add value to untapped domains yet, moving their business strategies and models to intangible assets. What new jobs and how we can retrain the workforce?  How do demographic data influence companies, what transformations take place at the customer level and how we can control the risk - an important part of the innovative transformations.
We will also discuss regulatory in the business environment.

Decoding the 4th Industrial Revolution - a topic tackled in the second panel will highlight the way in which executives in Romania use technology to support both traditional business models and innovation, or to invest in the creation of new digital companies. We will discuss how we can create new markets and how we can build competitive positions in these markets.

We will analyze trends in technology transformations as the source of opportunities but also imbalances, we will discuss information and the need for business analysis, digital transformation and legislation and risk, the role of automation, robotization, IA, IOT in business transformation.
