The main reason that determined young people to apply more during this period is the desire for financial stability

Certainly one of the biggest surprises of the last year and a half was the activation of young people. With the onset of the pandemic, the 18-24 age segment rose from last place to 2nd place in the top of the most active candidates, their monthly applications exceeding 330,000. However, only 17.7% of them say they have been hired in the last 6 months, according to the latest eJobs Romania survey.
