What is the Event?

Business Evolution - Next Level is a successful series of conferences that serves Romanian business and their managers for growing and developing business, sharing recent research and solutions for all kind of challenges. The event is also a unique networking opportunity for managers.

When and Where?

This year, the conferences will take place from April to October in: Targu-Mures, Ploiesti, Sibiu, Craiova, Galati and Bucharest.

Business Evolution - Next Level brings together over 100 participants, managers to explore and to discuss the latest developments in key areas such as management, banking, finance, HR and sales. The event communication targets more than 2500 companies.

How do conferences work?

Each city hosts a conference in two parts. Both with practical solutions and useful insights. For every part, 4 or 5 speakers – business leaders, consultan, experts who will come with case studies in their presentations.

1. Consulting and Strategic Management is the first part of the conferences. Participants can keep up-to-date with the latest trends in management strategies, productivity solutions, risk management, finance, and business taxation.

2. Tactics and Solutions for Business Expansion, Sales, Marketing, HR, Personal and Personal Development for managers and their teams.

Passionate about communication and psychology, he opted for a career in which he is engage to connect with people. After completing his studies, he was involved in a development process through training, coaching, speaking and mentoring for over 6,500 people who participated in the seminars, team-buildings and workshops that he organized, moderated or led. Starting with 2018 he decided to take advantage of the 16 years of training and professional training for successive generations of professionals, from the position of Allianz-Tiriac Regional Director.

LAURENTIU MORAR

He manage the center and northwest area through the offices in Sibiu and Oradea. He have 15 years of experience (sales, management, human resources, training, legal) out of which 8 in human resources, years that have given him the advantage of standing on both sides of the challenge. He worked in multinational companies as well as in local companies, with two active startups (one in the medical field, another in HR consultancy), where he have experienced both pleasant and also difficult challenges. He had the chance to work with real professionals, with whom he developed the recruitment technique ACT last year, a technique which combines Abilities, Knowledge and Talent of candidates.
