The Romanian Association of International Medicine Manufacturers (ARPIM) has a new president

Efthymios (Makis) Papataxiarchis has been appointed as the new president of ARPIM, following the general meeting of the association from December 2012. Before joining at the helm of ARPIM, the manager has been the vice-president of the association during 2012. Previously, the chairman position of ARPIM has been occupied by Regis Lhomme, GM of Amgen Romania.

Currently, Makis Papataxiarchis is managingh director of Johnson & Johnson Romania and Janssen Romania, pharmaceutical companies. He delivers a 17-uear experience as manager in marketing and sales, in Greece and in different European countries. He spent 5 years with Novartis and 12 years at Johnson & Johnson and as well, he managed different strategic planning teams for EMEA countries.

 

ARPIM’s Board consist in: Regis Lhomme, Vice-president and GM of Amgen Romania; Radu Rasinar, Vice-president and GM Astra Zeneca; Elena Mitova, member and GM of Novartis; Calin Galaseanu, member and GM  of BMS; Pascal Prigent, member and GM of GlaxoSmithKline; Luca Visini, member and GM of director genaral of Eli Lilly and Dan Zaharescu, executive director of ARPIM.
