The deadline of July 1, 2024, by which all companies should be prepared to send only electronic invoices, is not feasible, as there are still many problems in the implementation process, such as: the lack of clarity of the legislation, the method of implementation and mapping of transactions, the related sanctions and especially the deadlines, which seem less and less feasible.
