The resulted fleet is composed by Ford and BMW vehicles. The entirely acquisition process was a Global Procurement agreement concluded between UPC’s parent company, Liberty Global, and the manufacturers. This transaction is an important acquisition process developed by OTP Leasing, company that offers leasing solutions for vehicle and equipment acquisitions for Romanian entities, and a proof of OTP Group’s commitment to build sustainable and value-creating business relationships in Romania.
