It should be mentioned that in the General Meeting of Shareholders on February 9, 2023, Mr. Radu Hanga was elected as president of the Board of Directors of the Central Depository

Thus, ASF decided to authorize Mrs. Andreea Cosmanescu, Mrs. Claudia - Gabriela Ionescu, Mr. Radu Hanga, Mr. Serban Valentin Marin, Mr. Robert Cosmin Pana, Mr. Dan - Viorel Paul, Mr. Laurentiu Rivis, Mr. Radu - Claudiu Rosca and Mr. Adrian Simionescu in as members of the Board of Directors of the Depozitarul Central company.
