From March 8, female employees in Romania are rewarded by their employers with electronic gift vouchers of up to 300 lei

20% of the companies that granted gift vouchers on March 8, 2023 are small and medium-sized companies

International Women's Day is a good opportunity for Romanian employers to show their appreciation and gratitude to the women in the company. They can receive up to 300 lei, from March 8, through the gift card, the allocated amounts not being subject to income tax and social contributions.
