Crystal System has recognized since its early beginning that there is a lack of qualified resources in the IT&C market. In order to fill the resource gap with professionals in IT&C domain, Crystal System took action and initiated, starting in 2004, its University Educational Programs, nowadays known as Crystal Talent Solutions. The program is based on scientific methodologies for advanced and accelerated knowledge transfer and teaching methods like practice communities and Nonaka’s four nodes knowledge conversation methodology. Within the communities of practice Crystal Talent Solutions establishes the missing link between business / industry demands towards the education sector, the academic world and the Students as the Talents of tomorrow.
Crystal University Educational Programs offer for free IT&C relevant courses for Students at public universities. These courses include basics like Algorithm, SQL, Java, ABAP but also more sophisticated topics and applications like Data Science, Data Mining in the context of Cyber Security Environments, Building Information Modelling “BIM”, Industry 4.0, IoT, Cloud Computing, Big Data and many more. Up to 2020 Crystal System was offering these courses at eight public universities across South-Eastern-Europe and ensured a scientific, academic knowledge exchange with research & development partnerships with its network universities.

UNIVERSITY OF PITESTI where the educational focus will be Industry 4.0 applications, Data Management, Cloud-Computing and Big Data related to the automotive, mechanical and electrical engineering and manufacturing.
TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF CIVIL ENGINEERING BUCHAREST where the focus will be Construction, Building Services and Real Estate 4.0 including topics like BIM, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Construction Project Management, Smart Buildings & Cities, also, topics related to specific engineering tasks like seismic protection or tunnel jacking and many more will be integrated.
Regularly Crystal Talent Solutions is educating more Students than its own departments are requesting, in average Crystal is educating more than 1.500 students per year across all universities and courses. By this Crystal Talent Solutions is helping to close the gap of qualified resources and contributes actively in the regional development of the communities where Crystal Talent Solutions is active. But Crystal Talent Solutions is also there to support the business to find the right Talents and to advice the Students to find their entry into their future career path.
