Following initiation of enforcement proceedings in the amount of approximately 95 million owed by Astra to CNADNR, KPMG Advisory Ltd. submitted a proposal to the bailiff rescheduling of the amount.
Special Administrator , KPMG Advisory Ltd. commented: " Earlier this week the first discussions were held with the bailiff regarding the rescheduling proposal. Astra proposal was received positively by the executor , following that, he will consult with the CNADR representatives and come back afterward with a final answer."
