Yard's Facilities on the 75ha area : - synchrolift system with the following characteristics: length = 150m; breadth = 27 m ; lifting capacity = 6.500 tones; launching speed of abt. 22 cm/min; - versatile on-rail transfer system for vessels from building areas to syncrolift launching and for cranes un different workung areas; - more than 1.500 m of quays that allow mooring of up to 6 vessels in the same time; - covered building and 5 opens building berths,1.800 m long in total, served by 15 t and 50 t cranes; - large covered mounting hall with up to 165 m long and 27 m wide on each of the two opening; - 2 blast and paint halls for blocks up to 600 t; - 3 plasma and 1 oxigen-acetylene automatic cutting machines; - modern automatic and semi-automatic welding equipment; - detail design capacity using highly qualified staff and state of the art computer design software (Tribon, Foran and AutoCAD ).
